What happens if the owner/occupant defaults on payment?
Real estate investment always carries the risk of default. However, using an experienced property manager can substantially reduce the chances that your tenant will miss payments. Your property management team will ensure that applicants are carefully screened to verify their income and employment. In addition, we make sure your agreement with the property manager includes a clause obligating them to find a new occupant at no cost to you.
