No system is perfect, and on rare occasions the servers do “freeze.” If your main server freezes, work at each workstation will be interrupted until the server starts again. However, please keep in mind that this happens VERY infrequently and for very short durations. Due to the fact that there is just one computer to manage, npServ™ staff are constantly maintaining and monitoring each of these servers. Overall you may find fewer interruptions with this system compared to your current one, and now you’ll have someone to call if something does go wrong!
