A. The provider can continue to receive the Incentive as long as they employ a replacement Level 5 or 6 professional leader so that they can meet the condition of having a graduate professional leader with a relevant qualification in place for at least two years. Local authorities should use their discretion in determining how quickly a new Level 5 or 6 professional leader should be in place.
