The Learning Gains report is a good place to monitor if Instructional Hours were reported and the amount of Learning Gain, even if the Learning Gain is zero or negative. The Learning Gains Report is important to monitor throughout the year because it shows Learning Gain and Hours of Instruction on one report. I have an instructor requesting a special report. She would like a report which would group her learners that need to work on like competencies.
