What happens if the keys don work?
The statistics are clear, over 99.7% of the keys we sell do actually work as they are intended to. In the few remaining cases, we would then have to look into the causes of the problem. If the keys are incorrectly made, then we’ll probably go through all the underlying info again: The key-type, the numbers and or letters, and the cuts as shown by our computer generated key cutting software. On occasions, a refund has been issued.
