What happens if the item I bought doesn match the sellers description, or is damaged during shipping?
In either instance the buyer should contact both the seller and MGS by email. Once MGS is notified by the buyer about a problem with the condition not matching the description of the item, MGS will send an email to both the buyer and seller identifying this problem and asking the buyer and seller to contact each other to discuss a solution. The email will note that the seller will be paid, but that the seller should consider rebating some portion of the price if the item was of a lower quality or condition than described. The buyer and seller are encouraged to try to resolve any dispute over the condition of the item. If the buyer reports that an item was received, but arrived damaged in transit, MGS will send an email to the buyer and seller, identifying this as a problem and noting that it was seller’s obligation to insure the item, but that the buyer should cooperate with the seller to provide proof of damage to the item, and that the buyer’s purchase price will be refunded as soon
