If the product received is damaged or incorrect, the client can call you directly or call VetSource at (877)738-4443 and we’ll give instructions so the product can be replaced or refunded immediately. We will honor a 100% customer service satisfaction standard on all Hill’s Pet Nutrition products. If the client wants to return the product directly to the hospital for a replacement, VetSource will restock the product for you. You should then contact VetSource at (877)738-8883 and let them know that a product was replaced for a client.
