What happens if the greeting card gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, Gitzee cannot take responsibility for shipments once they leave the Gitzee office. The United States Postal Service has sole responsibility for any products shipped by mail. With that said, if you’re card doesn’t make it to you, please get in touch with us at service (at) gitzee.com. We will certainly do what we can to help. In many cases, we’ll be able to replace the card.
