What happens if the goods arrive damaged?
The delivery of the goods is carried out at the recipient’s own risk. (1)Please check if there are any damages when you receive the goods. If there are damages, please inform us in written form by email within 7 days. (2)If you discover any transport damages when you receive the goods, please immediately inform the supplier or the driver of the transport company. The driver must confirm the transport damage in written form. (3)If you discover hidden transport damages, please contact the transport company in order to assess the damage. (4)Without a written confirmation of the transport company, a compensation delivery is not possible. (5)Please send us a photo of the damaged goods as well as the written confirmation of the transport company by email so that we can have a look at the damages and can confirm them. (6)We will solve this problem after we have sent you a confirmation by email.
