WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES EXPIRE?
In Ontario, gift cards no longer expire. Outside of Ontario, if you do not use your gift card or certificate prior to the expiration date, you need to contact the retailer who issued the card to see if they will still honour the certificate. Unfortunately, PREFERRED ONE cannot replace gift cards or certificates which have been lost, stolen or expired. Some retailers will honour the certificate regardless of the expiration date.
