What happens if the Gaming Control Branch denies my application for registration?

If you are not successful with your application, a letter will be sent to you explaining that you did not qualify. If you wish to appeal the denial, you will be required to serve a written request on the Registrar and the Minister within 15 days. If you currently have video lottery devices and your registration is denied, you will be advised in writing of the reason for the denial and will also be advised of your entitlement under the appeal process. Should you not appeal the denial or fail in the appeal process, the Gaming Control Branch will notify the Atlantic Lottery Corporation and they will turn off and remove the devices.
