What happens if the flowers and/or gift container I ordered is unavailable?
Floral substitutions, while rare, are sometimes necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. We will always maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement using fresh flowers of equal value, should a substitution be required.
