What happens if the flight is grounded due to mechanical problems?
Again, safety is our primary concern. If a flight is grounded due to mechanical problems, one of two things will happen. If it is determined that the plane can be properly repaired within a reasonable time frame, such as 12-24 hours, the flight will be delayed until the repairs are made. If it is determined that the repairs will require more than 24 hours, a similar aircraft will be substituted to complete the flight.
