What happens if the event is postponed or canceled?
To collect a seller’s payment for a canceled show, we will cancel all pending payments. For events already paid, RazorGator will contact the registered seller and make arrangements to collect payment. If a seller does not return the funds by a specified date, we may charge the seller’s credit card. Sellers may request that the tickets be returned, in which case the buyer is responsible for the prompt return of those tickets.
