What happens if the event is cancelled due to bad weather?
If in doubt please call your Red Bull representative (name and contact details will be in your ticket package) to confirm whether the event is cancelled due to bad weather. Updates of event status will be available on the Red Bull Flugtag website. Hospitality Terms and Conditions Refund on tickets will not be issued based on assumption of event cancellation. In the instance that the event is cancelled by Red Bull Australia prior to the event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Ticket holders should apply for a refund in a timely manner, which is considered to be within 5 working days of the event. If you received a free or complimentary ticket you will not be entitled to a refund. If cancellation occurs during the event, a partial refund will apply in accordance with how much of the event has been run.
