What happens if the eTicket is booked through a Travel Agent?
Since the web check-in application is integrated to our check-in system, only PNR’s booked at Jet Airways counters or on www.jetairways.com will have to be used to initiate web check-in. i.e. Travel Agent created PNR’s cannot be used for web check-in. However in case the reservation was made through a Travel Agent or if the PNR entered by you fails, then you will be presented another option on the screen to enter your flight number which will be validated against the guest list in the check-in system. If a unique name match is found for the flight then you will be allowed to proceed with web check-in. If more than one name match is found, then the check-in process will be terminated and you will be asked to check-in at the airport counter.

However in case the reservation was made through a Travel Agent or if the PNR entered by you fails, then you will be presented with another option on the screen to enter your flight number which will be validated against the guest list in the check-in system. If a unique name match is found for the flight and you have a confirmed eTicket then you will be allowed to proceed with Kiosk Check-in. If more than one name match is found, then the check-in process will be terminated and you will be asked to check-in at the airport counter.
