What happens if the employees vehicle is off the road due to mechanical failure or accident damage?

Roadside assistance is included in the contract to ensure the driver is never stranded. In the event of the car being off the road due to a ‘fault’ accident and the insurance company not providing a relief vehicle we are able to assist with a hire vehicle at preferential rates. Should the vehicle be off the road due to mechanical failure we will endeavour to provide a replacement vehicle although this cannot be guaranteed. ‘Fault’ accidents must be reported within 48 hours to ensure full cover applies.
