What happens if the employee resign?
If the employee resigns during the first 9 months following delivery, an early termination charge will be levied to exit the scheme. If they resign after this 9 month exclusion period, the vehicle is simply returned to us along with 2 months rentals and the commitment will have finished.* The Early Termination charge (including VAT) is calculated in the following way: 1. the sum of monthly rentals left to pay on the contract 2. less discount applied for early termination 3. added to the original estimated value of the vehicle at end of contract 4.
