What happens if the employee does more than the contracted mileage?
When the vehicle is selected the employee has the opportunity to choose the contract length and annual mileage. If during the term they wish to change the mileage to more accurately reflect their actual mileage we can accommodate this. If the vehicle is returned with more than the contracted mileage the employee will be liable for an excess mileage charge to cover the expense of the additional depreciation and servicing costs that will have been incurred because of the additional mileage.
