What happens if the ECom site goes down?
Our application, hardware and infrastructure is continuously monitored. In the rare event of a server failure, we will automatically post “Under Routine Maintenance” notices and get the application up and running as quickly as possible. We’ll also keep our customers informed about our progress and estimate how long it will take to restore functionality.
