What happens if the delivery is late or lost?
We hope you understand that we cannot be responsible for late or lost deliveries by UPS. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen. We will cooperate with you in every way to track your package and file a claim if necessary. If we make a mistake with the address, we reserve the right to issue a refund or reship. If an incorrect address was provided by the person placing the order, a duplicate order must be placed with additional charges. We will issue a refund if the candy is recovered in resalable condition. You must report the problem to us within 2 weeks after receipt of the order. Click here to contact us.
