What happens if the delivery is damaged, late or lost?
We hope you understand that we cannot be responsible for late or lost deliveries by UPS… it doesn’t happen often, but it does happen. We will cooperate with you in every way to track your package and file a claim if necessary. If we make a mistake with the address, we reserve the right to issue a refund or reship. Because stick candy is so fragile we cannot guarantee safe arrival. We will do our best to pack it well. Stick candy sales are final… no refunds or returns. If an incorrect address was provided by the person placing the order, a duplicate order must be placed with additional shipping charges. We will issue a refund if the candy is recovered in resalable condition. You must report the problem to us within 1 week after receipt of the order. Click here to contact us.
