A. A bench warrant is issued for the person’s arrest. The defendant’s bail is then entered into a nation-wide database as a fugitive. The defendant’s bail agency is obligated by law to arrest the individual as well. This will cause the co-signer to incur further costs. We will give the defendant on chance to go to add-on court to get the warrants off of them and help them get lined back up with the court system.
