If the user does not accept Google Mobile Terms of Service during setup, GPS services (Sprint Mobile Locator) will not function on the device. If the customer did not accept the Google Mobile Terms of Service and tries to use the GPS services, he or she will be directed back to the Google Mobile Terms of Services sign in page.
