Yes, you can rebook the passenger’s reservation. However, you must rebook the passenger to the same airline, on the same departure date and with the same booking class. You will have to reissue the document and add to the endorsement box “invol rebooked due to schedule change (flight number/date)”. Please note: If you rebook to another airline or choose a higher booking class, the operating carrier will recalculate the ticket value and send us a bill. This will result in an ADM (agency debit memo) to your agency.
