When the current file has not been uploaded or released after twenty-four hours, the user will be reminded via e-mail that the file is still downloaded. If for some reason a user is unable to upload or release the current file, contact the Administrator. The Administrator can release the current file. Note that any changes made to a released file will not be retained.
