Within the first 10 weeks of the program should it become necessary to replace your Client Service Representative NCI will return to your location for a full week of recruiting and a full week of field training at no additional cost to you. After the 10-week period, NCI will help by phone interviewing potential candidates and help in the selection process. You may send the Client Service Representative to our Practice Development Seminar for training at no additional cost. This support is provided to you for two years.
