What happens if the client changes the date or venue after the contract has been signed?
Any change of date needs to occur 6 weeks prior to the original contracted date and the original musician line-up cannot be guaranteed. Price may also change if a new venue is chosen. A new contract will be signed by both parties and the 50% deposit and any other payments made on the prior contract will be applied towards the change of venue or date.
