What happens if the card is lost or stolen?
If the Card is lost or stolen, call 1-866-271-3934 immediately. You must know your Card number. A replacement Card can be issued and any available balance (less the replacement card fee) will be transferred to the new Card. As long as the lost or stolen Card is reported immediately, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized merchant charges unless we reasonably determine, based upon substantial evidence, that you were grossly negligent or fraudulent in handling the Card.
