What happens if the car breaks down whilst it is out on hire?
In the rare event of a breakdown we are fully covered by the A.A. but prefer wherever possible to maintain good customer service by attending the breakdown scene ourselves. We spend a considerable amount of time and money maintaining our cars to the best possible mechanical standards but due to the nature of our product one has to accept that from time to time 30 to 40 year old vehicles will play up. Under this event we will endeavour to get you back up and running as quickly and as painlessly as possible and should this not be possible replace the car with another acceptable vehicle.
