What happens if the Buyer wants to return a purchase?
Obviously, if the item is not as ordered, the Seller should accept its return. However, the return policies of the Seller including any fees should be understood and agreed upon between the Buyer and the Seller before the purchase. If the purchase was delivered prior to the Delivery-By-Date, EscrowCard cannot obligate the Seller to accept its return.
