We monitor the time a bulb has been used, and replace them well before the expected expire time. If a bulb burns out during the rehearsal dinner, we will not charge you for the rental. The projector monitors its own use, so if the projector is left on for an extended period of time (5 hours plus) and the bulb expires, then there will not be a refund.
