What happens if the borrower makes a late payment?
There will be no penalty to the investor. In fact, the investor will receive an additional amount because the borrower is assessed a late fee if the payment is received more than 10 days after the due date. The late charge is 5% and due with the following payment. This fee is divided equally between Rock Solid Financial and the investor.
