What happens if the BIGFOOT Anti-Spam catches an e-mail I want to read?
When a valid e-mail is wrongfully categorized as SPAM and the Bigfoot Anti-SPAM acts on it, the system won’t erase it right away but stores it along with genuine SPAM in your WebMail’s Bulk Mail folder. You can view the message there or you can move it to your inbox. We also recommend that you forward the mis-categorized e-mail to notspam@bigfoot.com.
