What happens if the batteries run low or go flat?
The Monitor will tell you when the batteries need replacing by showing the Battery Symbol on the Display Screen. You then have four weeks in which to change them. If you do not change the batteries within four weeks, the Monitor will continue to store your information but you will not be able to use the Monitor. The 4 + will be displayed during this time. You must never leave your Monitor for longer than two hours without batteries in it. If you do, the Monitor’s internal clock will be inaccurate. You should abstain from intercourse and call the PERSONA Line for further advice. It is important to put new batteries in as soon as you take the old ones out. Always replace the whole set of batteries at one time. You must use 1.5v AAA long life alkaline batteries.
