It depends on where you use your Extraco ATM or debit card. If you lose the card while using an Extraco ATM machine, you will be able to reclaim the card. Please contact Customer Service to determine when your Extraco ATM or debit card will be available for pick up. If you lose the card using any other financial institution’s ATM machine, you must request a new card.
