No problem: we will pick up the log on the next run of the Agent. This could be at its regularly scheduled time, or you can do an ad hoc run via the Windows Scheduler Run menu item. Any time the Agent executes it processes all logs which have been created or changed since its last run. Additionally, a new feature in Version 2.2 will allow you to process logs from any “Servers Not Reported” directly from the ArcLog Distiller Reporter even if that machine is not the primary agent for the particular server you need to process.
