What happens if Studio-N ruins the pen in engraving?
Engraving does involve a bit of risk. At Studio-N, we strive to make the outcome predictable and successful by running test pieces and verifying the engraving information before ever engraving the customer’s product. But accidents do happen. If a pen is ruined due to our fault, Studio-N will reimburst the client up to $15 to cover the price of materials and labor. We will otherwise issue you a credit and try to replace the pen with an adequate substitute.
