What happens if someone needs a CalAgenda account and they are not a UC employee or student so they are not in the CalNet directory?

0

When people are not in the CalNet directory, they are considered affiliates by the CalAgenda service. Affiliates include people like contractors and consultants. Affiliates may also be campus people who need to use an alternate email account due to their position in a department or on a committee. Affiliate accounts need to be set up and managed by the departmental account administrator. Directory changes to these accounts will not be automatic. Departments may wish to add some affiliates to the CalNet directory. Instructions for doing this are available on the HR Web.
