What happens if someone cheats at West Point or if a contracted ROTC cadet cheats?
If an ROTC cadet cheats, they will have a meeting with the cadre, discuss disciplinary actions will be taken and the chances of getting your scholarship removed is of a 100% possibility. It is the breaking of the honor code, for Air Force which clearly states: “We will not cheat, still, or lie nor tolerate any among us who does.” This happened last year in my class, and it was a major thing and lets just say we never saw that cadet again. After that we had a big long briefing about it. Also besides getting kicked out of ROTC you can get kicked out of school in general and will be labeled a cheater for the rest of your college life.
