What happens if somebody sneaks something through in a game?
Microsoft reserves the right to reactively take down a game without prior notification, and enables anybody to report objectionable content in a game. In addition, creators that willfully submit games with misleading content indicators can have a series of punitive actions taken, including loss of subscriptions and removal from the site. Microsoft will also comply with all legal requests where required by law.
