While we intend to manage the properties for many years to come, should we cease operations Silver Bay Owners Guild (the HOA) would be required to hire a professional management company to manage the properties. Companies that manage Home Owner Associations are qualified by the state. We have identified over a dozen management companies to choose from that service this area.
