What happens if Sedgwick CMS cannot get information from the physician?
If you have requested assistance in obtaining medical information from the physician, Sedgwick CMS will assist you. However, if we are unable to obtain the necessary medical information from the physician, it is ultimately your responsibility. If Sedgwick CMS does not receive objective medical information to support your leave request, your leave cannot be approved.
