Graystone residents who do not pay their dues prior to January 1st of the calendar year are unable to vote on issues affecting the entire community. Graystone is not a covenant-controlled community and dues are optional; however, residents are encouraged to pay their annual dues of $10/family or $8 if you’re single or retired.
