GHI is ready to comply with the NPI Rule by the CMS-published compliance date. In accordance with the CMS contingency plan, GHI will continue to accept and process claims submitted with your current provider number while the contingency period lasts; however, GHI strongly encourages you to submit your NPI on all claims filed on and after May 23, 2007.
