What happens if permit details change or permits are cancelled once the data has been submitted to UNEP-WCMC?
If the data is being exchanged through the automated method (A), an in-built facility could check any changes to permits on the Management Authorities server and only import the data which has been amended or added. If data is being transferred by file uploads, permits which have been updated (such as semi-complete permits) will overwrite any previous records of that exact permit.
