What happens if participant doesnt complete his/her service commitment?
Should a participant fail to complete his/her service contract, he/she will be liable to the State of Louisiana for the amount that has been paid on their behalf under the program contract. The default amount is three times the amount paid on behalf of the SLRP participant plus 18% interest on that amount multiplied by the proportion of months remaining on the obligation.
