What happens if our customer/debtor enters into an arrangement, and then rings you to alter that, but hasnt advised us first ?
If the alteration is a change from one payment date to another, e.g. Can you defer debiting my account till Friday instead of Tuesday because my pay will be delayed, then we will advise you of this if you require, or else we will slightly alter that payment date, and return to the regular payments from the next payment date.
