What happens if only one of the residents on the lease moves out?
Contact your property manager to discuss the procedures and forms necessary to remove or add a resident. The security deposit will remain with the lease until all residents in a property have moved out. You need to mail your notice to us. Once we have received your notice to vacate, you will be contacted by an agent from our office. The agent will make arrangements to market the property. Please review your lease agreements for your obligations under the lease concerning our ability to show the property.
