What happens if one of my TV’s does not have a Digital Adapter or other WOW! digital equipment by the time of the digital transition?
Unless your TV has a compatible built-in QAM digital tuner*, you will not be able to view any networks that are transitioned to digital delivery. At the conclusion of the conversion, any television that is connected directly to the WOW! cable outlet will continue to receive our Limited Basic Cable channels, which include all of your local broadcast stations (Customers in Evansville, Indiana will not be able to watch any channels unless their TV has a Digital Adapter, other WOW! digital equipment or a compatible built-in QAM digital tuner*.) If your TV has a compatible built-in QAM digital tuner* you will need to rescan your television when WOW! Cable channels are reorganized, including after each digital channel conversion.
